No, I suck.  My newest hair mesh is making the game CRASH! :? I didn't even know you could do that, so there's something to feel proud about, at least...There, there. I can make the game crash by playing a Maxis only lot on an empty, very new high end computer, so how's that for crashing skill? :lol: I realised I didn't have the bob so I just downloaded it. Looking forward to use in-game  |

So it stops being ok when they start losing money. I wonder how many boycut their stuff packs and expansion packs because they're unhappy. And I really wonder how many will boycut TS3.
I, myself, haven't the willpower to boycut the EPs but as it looks I won't even consider TS3 as an option. It would surprise me if I were alone in this... I wonder if enough will react this way to make a difference. After all, the community is not that great a percentage of the consumers... :roll:

MizzKitty - I hope you didn't mind what I did include in the second house, however, I really think that OMSPs and the Grand Trianon set are very essential things. XD I gots the unfurnished one :oops: It has a very nice price for an empty house, very affordable. Furniture will come as my sims can afford it  Passing out on the floor is underrated in my opinion. :lol: |

Sorry for posting this so late in the thread...
Quinctia - loved your houses. They are really beautiful, affordable AND no CC. That's my poison. I'm very much trying never to download houses with CC because I finally have some order in my downloads folder.
Berg - remember I promised you some feedback like on page 7? Finally I got a chance to install your houses and all I can say is that they're awesome. I usually don't like having 3 floors because there's too much running about and up and down stairs, but with the houses being so slim I really don't see the same annoyance here (usually I have huge areas AND multiple floors, so I guess that's where my annoyance comes from). Also, Maz got inspired by you and started building condos to match so now my neighborhood got an entire condo block. :lol:

THIS is the kind of necromantic shit that drives me insane and keeps stupid debates going long after the discussion ended. READ THE WHOLE FUCKING THREAD before you post on something.
Gah. *scared* Anyhoo, I agree with everyone that a site where you have to pay to gain access for even a single item is a paysite and all that. Yet, if something is on a rotation of, say, a couple of weeks or a month, sure it might be annoying that you have to wait, but I would prefer to call it something other than a paysite. No-Delay-Pay, perhaps You know exactly when you can get it for free from them. It's just a matter of a short period of time. And putting that stuff in the booty would frankly be a waste of the nice people who update it's time as they would have to remove it again as soon as it was free. Patience, padawan? |

No, the federation quit *my* website. I wasn't gonna give space to a community resource at my own time and expense and then get slagged off for it too, so I turned the site into something I could enjoy running. Good for you. This is, after all, supposed to be a fun hobby. |

I honestly believe that they only need to set one example and the rest will chicken out. Especially if they go after TSR or Peggy or someone equally known. If the rest wouldn't chicken out right away they would after meeting the cold front that used to be subscribers.The cost for EAxis would be negligible, really, and they might be able to convince us that they aren't just full of it.

I don't think EA will ever directly go after paysites. They'd lose some of their Sims fan base, and they really don't wanna do that. They're probably losing some by not doing it as well. People who might go "well... if THEY can break the EULA so can I" and then they torrent the game. It's not like the interest for The Sims 2 is low. Far from it. They have a huge fan base. (many of whom don't use the community at all, but those aren't the one in question...) I'm not a happy little trooper either, and my frown is getting so bad that I won't even bother to torrent anything. If all this isn't fixed by Sims 3 then I'll simply not bother. I was here since the TS1 base game, so personally deciding to boycutt TS3 is a big deal  Anyhoo... Point being: You can't make everyone happy and do they really want to be known as a company who won't enforce their own rules? |

36DD/F I think if my conversion is correct, here. I'm short and I'm not very thin and I do believe that most of my backpains are due to my boobs. Also, they get in the way sometimes. You just need to figure out a way to beat people to death with them in melee combat. But you know, I've never lost an argument with a male after they reached their current size... :lol: Doesn't work on me, nyah. I won't be impressed until I see you smother someone to death with them. Does a breast smothering count towards the "thumb death" count? I want to know that too! That might seriously add to the number of ways I can do people in... :lol: |
