My husband is writing an article (or planning to do so) on skirts for men right now (!). He told me about this website that sold "updated kilts" (yes, it was dead serious...) and from his description, those abominations are probaly inspred by that very site (but why? Why?) o_O As a Scot as I am offended by this; I hope you're being sarcastic with your comment - kilts are Celtic clothing, worn by Irish and Scottish men.
