The skirt is atrocious. (Actually, in looking at that picture for more than a couple seconds, I've also come to the conclusion that Evi considers children to be pets. Which might explain the TS2 Pets logo being used as her symbol.)

I think you may have hit on a workable theory here. True. Maybe thats why she doesn't care how she turtures those poor sim kids and the crap she makes them wear. Poor children look like they've been tortured to smile for her pictures. Or maybe she promise them food...  |

Actually, I don't hate that hair. It's the type of hair that would suit certain sims. I didn't download it, unless I got it retextured from GOS, that would be a possibility.
I rarely like a Peggy hair when I see it on her site. Then, I'll go to GOS and someone will make it look awesome and I will grab it from there.
