Someone needs to update the Sims2wiki site on what's going on.  It's a good place to put new links.

I would have made it more lulzy but I don't want to spam the poor wiki. Embarrassed If I left a whole bunch of stuff out or got something wrong, plz edit.

OMG, he can't be serious. He paid thousands of dollars for a forum he doesn't know how to operate based around a topic he knows nothing about? Cheesy

Sorry if this was already posted..

I don't think the sexy Sim undies are too dangerous for the younguns to see, they show as much real skin in department store ads. This on the otherhand..

"Smile when you're horny" Roll Eyes these kind of suggestive messages are not exactly family friendly.

I always thought that InSim and InSimAdult were PMBD friendly.

If you mention how much TSR sucks on Insim you'll have your post "unapproved."

I made a Sim of Crispin Glover, one of my favorite actors/directors/philosophers.

(For comparison: couple of pics of Crispin Glover).

I don't usually make celebs, just Sims of family/friends, so he's my first celeb. Not a perfect likeness, but he's cute to me anywhoo. His *unique* nose was hard to fashion, lol. Critique my skillz/lack thereof, please! Smiley

Eh, on a side note I don't like celeb Sims where the person's facial features are photo-skinned onto the skintone, I think that is sort of "cheating" and also it usually renders that skintone useless for other Sims, which is why I almost never download celebs.. Roll Eyes You get a more perfect likeness by doing that, I guess. But I like my Sims to still look a little Simmy, not perfectly identical to real people. Too realistic looking Sim + the cartoonish animations in the game = creepiness.

in case you want George McFly in your game Grin:

I am sharing him here exclusively because pirates are cool, and cuz my stuff never gets approval at sites like mts2 for various reasons, I dunno..

They have put the required footnote on their site: "This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Electronic Arts, or its licensors. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Game content and materials copyright Electronic Arts Inc. and its licensors. All Rights Reserved."

But apparently they can read the only certain parts of the EULA, the parts about noncommercial website they must have difficulty understanding. Roll Eyes
7  The Pirate Ship / ARR! / The Sims Mod Board is having problems, too. on: 2007 September 05, 12:23:15
That site has a lot of good stuff, I'll miss it. Sad

They could save bandwidth by restricting content (for example, giving every long-time member a birthday/get well soon/christmas gift set of high poly stuff like furniture, etc is very nice, but totally unnecessary), and cutting down on the most of the graphics (that site is/was so graphic intensive and jumbled up).
