I actually like the Ikea furniture, its much easier to get home, is as cheap as anything from Wal-mart or target, and is -much- better made. The two chairs we have are still holding strong with large people flopping into it regularly.

My couch from them is 7 years old and still in good condition. It's been moved (as in, to different buildings) three times, too. I will be getting rid of it in March, but only because I plan on getting real furniture. Though I may chicken out again on moving...I get really nervous about spending a lot of money especially with the economy being icky.

Okay, I heard back from coconut - Thomass mentions no other job, wouldn't have time for it, and works from the TSR office, which is around the corner from his house. So that house - paid for by subscribers.

To be honest I am still not sure what Thomas does at TSR. I know he probably maintains website with help from others. The only definates are spying on PMBD, thinking of ways to stop PMBD, Failing to stop PMBD, posting gossip about PMBD, oh and rewriting Eula's hoping to hoodwink PMBD.

I wasn't complaining about their furniture because it looks nice and Ive seen things that I want, but the house looks like something that you'd go into the IKEA store and buy in a box. Complete with a sticker that says some assembly required.

Careful there, Feverish. They probably just stopped jockeying for a weekend slot on the rollaway in order to shriek about how jealous we are of Thomass's "Dream House-in-Box" brand Dream House and, of course, their always enviable FA status. -

I can see why coconut sees this as too puke-inducing to post but even the drivel can give outsiders information and help everyone learn how they treat each other what is considered normal behind the scenes I guess.
And Birgit is vomit-worthy.

I know a couple of people asked for this a couple of pages ago, but since I'm going to spread the word to other forums, I thought I'd upload it here too: The full Paleo journal for those who don't wanna register
