Taking shots with the story mode is horrible looking. Even worse than what you see now, lol. But to answer your question, I did a "Print Screen". Then took it into Paintshop Pro. At least learn to use the art program and find the settings then it'll be better quality. :roll: Why do people who just started to create textures think they're amazing? :x (don't answer that) :lol: Because we urrrr! Because we spend 4 hours sticking a Gojane.com shirt on a sim and that's fabulous!!! Look at the bumpmapping!! Give me money now. |

Then , I read in your forum that you wanted your hands on contestprizes . What has that got to do with making money ? Contests are just for fun , there is no money made with it , not for the forums , not for the mods , for no one and those prizes are just to make all a little exciting . People from forums put lot of private time in these contests , to think them out , to organize all and to collect prizes or make them themselfes . And most of times they use them more then one time , if you "get your hands " on those prizes they will be worthless and the mods of that forum has to start a whole lot of work over again . What is wrong with contests where there is no money involved  I once did a contest cause I wanted a prize very much and I had lot fun making my house , taking pictures , seeing how my oponents were doing . Ok , I did not win but it was fun anyhow . why ruin that , I don't see the point of that . If that's true (haven't read it) then I agree with Lizard here. Some things are meant to be unique. I sometimes make contest prizes just for the winner, so it's not supposed to be uploaded somewhere. The winner really gets something special. If the winner decided to share it, cool, but it defeats the whole point XD Plus it has nothing to do with being an evil paysite XD |

Nouk, I can understand that people would like credit, but when they go batshit crazy because they didnt get it? When nearly every download at MTS2 is marked with be sure to thank me and credit me? Thats when I say, come on get over yourself a little, its game content not the nobel prize.
It just really bugs me is all. I dont feel obligated to share my things, in fact I share very little of what I make, I do take requests, if I feel I have time and I dont expect anything in return, not even a thank you, the fact that it was downloaded and not complained about is good enough indicator that they liked it for me. I would be flattered if someone actually got people to pay for something I made, or felt it was good enough to claim as their own, or that they liked it enough to want to share it with others, or they wanted to improve upon it, recolor it whatever. I must be batshit insane myself. I give up. I will never understand it I dont think. Well I'm glad there are people with different opinions, or this life would be so boring  I've not yet seen someone go bat crazy over not being credited yet, but I'm sure it has happened, with all the drama queens out there. I swear, half the creators are insane! Especially the good ones! :lol: |

* Walks around wiggling her pompous ego ass * :lol: I love it, and I agree on that one. Well personally I take much care into putting my name in Bodsyhop items and meshes. But putting a link in will make it less pretty That's why I include my Readme as much as possible. Also, I don't think I have extremely strict rules. I only ask people not to use my stuff anywhere pay, and not on the stupid Exchange. And please ask me before mutilating a texture for use in their own stuff. And I usually say 'yes' anyway.XD Also, if someone gets high on 'thank you's', who cares..? I think crediting is a whole other thing. Credit has practical use, 'thank you' is more of the appreciation thing. I don't mind someone loving the 'thanks you's' and getting more creative impulse on it somehow. If the stuff is free I have nothing to complain about. I see you hardly ever upload anything that you didn't make, so it's not even a real issue I can't make people credit me. Seriously, if they really don't want to put on credit, they won't do it. Very few people will care. Maybe my head will explode. However I do think it's a pity not to credit, because it is not only a small appreciation for the creator, it also has practical use. |

Pirates steal. They are not the Smurfs, they are the Pirates. All else on this forum is funny crap and ridiculous but juicy slander and gossip. Enjoy your stay.
Also, not everyone who posts here and discusses things, agree with uploading things against someone's will. I would suggest you read through this forum and join the debate!

who the frak gave her $100 for her winter set? i think she claims 2 people already paid for her meshes. Those 2 persons paid for meshes that were $1-2 I think. However, I wouldn't be surprised if someone wants to by her meshes for $100. I do know someone who charged over $100 for a webdesign, so... why not? I get 100$ for a webdesign.. for a friend, people pay insane amounts of money for sites! Its ridiculous, and Im not even a pro :lol: Edit: pro, not por.. Heh I once got an email from a starting paysite, wanting to buy hairmeshes at 60 dollars a piece. If I'd actually done that, they would have been broke in 3 months, because at that time my meshes where shitty. Funny thing is, I've never even seen them online. |
