I'm just saying that no company is going to allow their logo to be sold by a third party.  It's one of the first clauses in the type of contract that grants the use of a trademark to another company (like EA).

I think H&M and their big logo bearing advertisement pack is more responsible for this than anything we have done.

EA can't allow a registered trademark like "H&M" to be resold by a third party.   H&M could either sue EA for infringement (not adequately protecting their trademark) or demand a cut of what the third party paysites made off their logos.

EA has to take some kind of stand at least 30 days before the H&M pack ships to cover their backsides.

So, that file is it?  There isn't a sclera in any of the layers.  Sclera for me = white, reflective with blood vessels.  That thing is just smudges of white.

redisenchanted - I have no idea where to get KSK's sclera without something that involves supplication.  It made me laugh to download the PSD file and find it to be a big advert for how wonderful the sclera is to own.  That must be the greatest white of the eye.  Ever.

Justmerandom - Adobe doesn't do backwards compatibility with their brushes.  The set was made in CS so the brushes won't work in PS 7.  But here are the extracted PNG files so you can hopefully use them in PS 7.

redisenchanted - thanks for the tip.  I uploaded them and hope no one asks me to convert them to another format.

Hecubus - You have to skim this thread for any of the Mary - Emily stuff to make sense:

http://phorum.mustnotbenamed.com/viewtopic.php?t=434

Aikea Guinea has her own online soap opera and refuses to share (and makes a point of how much she is not going to share) her Sim characters because they are her children or some such nonsense.

Captain Berg - I dig the hat.  I'd use it for period stuff but I know a lot of people who would use it for the ultimate Clockwork Orange Sim set.

Here is a link to the brush set.  I haven't decided if I'm going to post them anywhere else.  MTS2 might be more trouble than it's worth.  I think I'm too cranky to deal with those "Where do I install them?" or "How do I make these here things work?" kind of questions.

Let me know if anyone has any problems with the brushes.

Nice job Anoramic. I think everyone should make an Emily.  We could put them all in costume and upload them as a girl band (or a paramilitary fighting force) on MTS2.

I'm seeking a consult.  I use pre-made stuff for my Sims that might be useful to some folks.   I don't know if there's a real need for it or if MTS2 or any of the other free hosting places would accept it as an upload.

I use Photoshop brushes for pretty much everything makeup related on the Sims.  This is one of my lip sets.  The lips were all taken from 3d.sk models or hi-res fashion photos and they're all sort of pre-sized to fit the Sim faces.

You can get stuff like this if you know some basic Photoshop:

They're handy if you're doing a real person.  You can resize and cut and layer one lip on top of another to get unique looks.

Does anyone think people would use this?

Because you (well at least two of you crazies) asked for it.  Here is the Emily link:

Thanks for the kind words that my Sim looks better than the original.  As a rule I sculpt really real looking faces so I think a few traces of humanity slipped into this replication Sim.

Please, everyone use her as much as possible.  All over the place.  I've always wanted a mortal foe.

Feverish - she looks like a Eurotrash version of Devon Aoki.  Which translates to "great job".

I am responsible for the big head. Aikea Guinea is responsible for the little head.

Nouk - I like the slight change to the hair.  It looks nifty.

There's piracy.  There's plagiarism.  But what do you call it when you swipe the look of a Sim that is made by a creator who thinks that their Sims are real?  Body Snatching?

I made this for an online friend who really wanted this particular Sim and the creator was closed handed.  The clone amuses me if no one else.

Lorelei, I think you've got an unnecessary period in your URL

Hey, that's the haircut of the guy who works behind the Fed-Ex counter down the block.

I like it alot.  The side shot with all the hair spilling down the side of the face is really great.

My only quibble (and I have to use an image because I can't explain it) is with the coloration change/gap here:

There's something about the lightness of the hairline of the skull cap that makes the fringe part look like it is not really attached.
