Is anyone else amused that DOT put Drea's staement in her blog like four times on four different days and didnt comment on it or anything? Maybe she thinks she'll get extra money if she posts it more than once..dumbass

Sorry to jump back a page, but I just want to second what Darqstar said. Scotty, I think its great that you stuck to your principles and didnt waiver to others' demands. It gives me hope that there are still decent people in this community. except for here, of course  If more people in this world stuck to their beliefs like Scotty, it'd probably be a less fucked-up place. |

No, you do not get objects by donating, you have to use virtual money... you are forced to post in the forum if you want objects as that is how you earn the simolinas to get the objects.
Simolinas? He wasnt creative enough to come up with an original name. Phenetically that definetly says 'semolina', the flour used to make pasta...asshat Unless of course linnie meant simoleans |

They look as lovely in game. Can't wait to use them, but first I need to catch up on my downloading. Haven't been while on the laptop, but I'm now down mostly on my desktop and that's -my- computer. I eated a sammich today and a crunchy cookie - and managed to get the spoon for my ice cream into my mouth - we even went out to eat - I felt almost normal.

I like that there seems to be steps and a little porch area, but no door. Not that a door is really necessary, but it would have made the picture look better. Unless, of course, there is an invisible door there.
Maybe that's where DOT's braindeadness comes from? Walking into "invisible doors" in brick walls.. |

I sincerely hope they don't choose a side, especially with the paysites. That would cause a bigger mess.
Well, it would actually be a good thing if they decided to enforce their own EULA and side with us, but I honestly can't see that happening. If they do side with TSR, we will be losing some good pirates here. For me, the crap that both EA and TSR have pulled, is enough for me not to give a fuck whether EA sides with TSR or not. If they do, I will just extend my anger towards both of them. Jentyre, thanks for clarifying to me earlier btw and changing the blue. |

I know one can argue about this for hours and will still find some pros and cons so i did not intend to condemn anyone. But i still think some information should kept private. And this does definetely include pictures of a private house, which is only presumably payed with subscription fees.
"Presumably" is bit of a stretch, dontcha think? Thomass hasn't proven that he has an actual job besides TSR, so unless his wife is rich, that house was more than likely paid for by subscriptions. While I can understand your reasoning behind your argument, I just can't agree with it. Thomass knew about the Coconut Blog. Lately he's even been trying to exploit it for his own gains. He knew that whatever he posted in his supersekrit forum was fair game. We didn't dig for pictures of his house or himself. He put them out there. Unfortunetly, there is no such thing as privacy on the internet. I have my facebook account set to private, but if I post pictures of myself being asshat drunk in a dorm, thats not guarunteed to be private. If my school gets the pictures, I can't argue that because I posted them on my private site that they can't be used against me. I would still have done something wrong and it was exposed. Thomass used money paid to keep TSR running to build his new home. Thats wrong, and deserved to be exposed. Besides I don't see any of us picking up our lives to fly to Sweden (depending where you are) to burn and pillage Thomass' new house... Pescado doesn't like to leave the bunker long enough for a commercial flight anyways  |

Hi, I'm new, and I, unfortunately have a TAR (oops!!) TSR account by this name, (if you look for me as a member of other forums you will see that I am not creative with my username for the sake of having a bad memory) I didn't know this type of bullshit was going on...... But.... I will be a little off topic here. (please forgive me, I am in High School; it is to be expected)....
You know... I've been thinking about this for a while. AND I feel like I need to play lawyer for a minute and weigh in on this mess. Can I say that EA is a total dumbass if it sides with the paysites? Their End User Agreement is totally opposing that. Look it up on paysites.mustbedestroyed.org and see who can be taken to court for the hell of it. Do you see what I mean now? So, I'm just saying that Thomass (like your nickname for the _____sucker) is going to be completely chopped and skrewed if I get to have a conversation with him over his mess, and It goes for Marcela and any of the money-hungry punks out there, cause this girl can make you look so bad that you will want to kill yourself. ..Scusi? And please to be changing your font color back to black..my eyes they hurt.. |
