Its a shame about derMarcel, really - I like the stuff of his I have.  Its not much, mind you, since I do try and keep the size down on my downloads, and I've alot of maxis match and other things I use alot when building.

I'd have to add Numenor - he's fixed alot of really dumb things done by EA in design, and he's been really helpful when I've done work with him.

And I totally agree on Inge - I love her school stuff.

It let me confirm what I'd believed all along, that the few pay items I almost considered getting [ if they were ever free ], weren't worth my space.

I only prefer pngs for doing textures while modding - for most things, I really don't think there is enough of a quality difference to justify the more hefty sized format for an image.

Well, the default set for actual plantsims are still transparent, so yes - except for the vines and very bright, pale green eyes [ and the leafhair ] yes, a dark skinned sim would still be dark skinned.  Let me see if I can get a good picture.

The skin in the picture isn't a transparency, because its a full out skin, pale green with vines, new eyes, makeup [ lips and blush ] and eyebrows to match Nouk's pretty green hair.

I don't think a base skin can be transluscent, unless you are making the whole sim that way....which could be fun
