Attacked? Honey you weren't getting attacked. In case you were wondering it was about the picture on why you getting reminded of the rules. It was because of this comment:
I saw that lady Gaga sim last night on Sapphire Sims (God knows why I registered there...) and literally yelled out loud. It's amazing that people are leaving all those nice comments. If that Sim was posted here, the creator would be attacked like a sirloin steak.
That poor, poor woman. If only she knew what some Simmers are doing to her.
Sapphire Sims is a freesite. If you had read the FAQ you would know that:
Want to bash content from free sites?
Don't.
Sure, there's some stuff for free out there that is craptastic. However, just like you don't tell your Aunt Helen how awful the sweater she knitted you is, we don't talk smack about free creations.
What's the difference? Money hadn't changed hands. When you pay for something, you have an expctation of quality. When someone gives you something, you have no expectations.
We may not personally like every free item, but we admire anyone who creates and is happy to give the product of their hobby to fellow fans.
Take your complaints elsewhere.
(This point has been made within other parts of the FAQ, but since it came up AGAIN, we decided to make a separate paragraph for it. See what you've driven us to?)
I don't understand why you have such a problem with people correcting you when you have even said, and I quote:
I was one of the few that did like PMBD because I liked the self-policing thing - this way, we decide what we don't like and it's fine that way
AAAANNNDD:
I'm not saying you guys have to be all nice and sweet when I do something.
So just to clarify for me, you like that we self police, and you don't want us to be sweet to you, yet get pissy when your corrected for breaking the rules? If people really wanted to they could have ripped you a new one when you were even hotlinking from the booty earlier. Just take what you got earlier as a slap on the wrist, apologize, and move on.
