Sometimes a conversation has run its course. The problem with bringing an old thread back is that you're taking a gamble that people who haven't thought about it in weeks will suddenly want to talk about it again. Anyone considering raising the dead would be well served to read all the current threads and see how the general tone of things is. There are several talkative newcomers recently who might be happy to contribute, but the weekend seemed to be one harassment after the other. In this case it was probably a case of bad timing with many of the regulars quite tetchy before it happened.

It might be that you need a certain post count before you get the option for a sig. I don't know if I read that here, but I think it was a Pescado innovation.

It was certainly educational in some respects. I had not heard Steve say anything on the issue, but it seems that he deserves at least as much hate as Thom-arse gets. Good to see he's as honourable as our other friends at Save The Sims.

Yeah, I've heard they're nasty to their employees. I imagine they have an obsecenly high turnover at their parks. All that forced enthusiasm with a bunch of inflexible bastards watching your every move would make life pretty depressing.

That is one reason I hate Disney. Sure I like some of the stuff the create, but I hate Mickey, always have, and the fact that they fuck up the whole system for everyone else really shits me.
