I think it's all bullshit. I swear, the dancing girl slows down and then pauses right before she switches. First I saw her going ..counter-clockwise, I think? Then I "unfocused" and stared at her foot, at which point she went the other direction and remained spinning in that direction. At a certain point, I thought I broke something internally, because I couldn't get her to switch back on command. Then, when I wasn't even unfocused - I was staring right at this bitch - she slows down, pauses, and changes direction. SCAM.

* Renegade tests out weird BBcode using code method. * Renegade uses the "write with an asterisk, highlight, and turn to red" method. Finds this easier.Ach, Renegade, no one would ever accuse you of being stupid. Plus, we still want all the goods YOU NO CAN HAZ GOODS. Well..only cuz i'm offline. Then you may have some. Or, wait, by "goods" did you mean SEXUAL goods? Because then you can have all you want, baby

Since we're teaching how to use forum code, can someone tell me if that red "action" text, i.e: * Dina passes Wedgewood Blue some chocolate is manual? Or is a code used? I'm thinking it's manual but I dunno..and now I feel a bit stupid

Damn, I didn't think it would happen this soon. As of about 1.5 weeks ago it was just people disgusted in the survey, but within that time it's become reality? And I always miss this shit lol It's funny how TSR-buttlickers are basically like "Wtf, 'exclusive content'? Fuck, I'm not paying for that, I'll stick to TSR!" ...where they also have to pay for stuff... $1 per item is expensive - even paysites are cheaper, so I'm surprised people are buying this junk. And most of it is stuff you'd already have in-game if you'd purchased the EPs or SPs they're in. Based on what it would cost to buy everything, somewhere in the $1300 range I think, I am kind of stunned that the person on the Exchanged had 90% of it. To the person(s) who got the crap from the store to share it with everyone, thanks for your generosity. Hopefully if people really want that stuff, most get it through you rather than EA. With any luck, EA store will fail miserably.

Dr House, aww thats cute! She sounds sad though =( As for the indoor/outdoor thing and chattering - seems like it doesn't have anything to do with that, but it sounds like VOCAL cats do it. My fat old outdoor tabby is not vocal, so he doesn't do any chattering despite hearing Simon do it. And Simon is verry vocal, he likes to talk and I have no idea what he says half the time lol. It's probably things like "Do you has food for me?!" and "Gimme sum attenshunz plx!" I figure he talks like lolcats, in a very cute kiddie-voice, if he were to talk in Human. I was going to say something else, but no longer remember. Oh well. Moar cat talk!

Oh, fucking hell.
The last thing we need is MOAR borked Peggy hair out there. That "Taki" person also fails to pull it off nicely - certainly lives up to his name (meant to be "tacky", yes?). lol...perhaps I should take on a job at T$R? *shoots self*

I think those profiles were posted earlier, but that makes it worse - why aren't they taken down yet? For the sake of a PG13/Family Friendly rating, the rape one should be taken down, but at the very least those 13 and 14 year-old ones DO need to go. Wtf? A "sexy" 13 year old and a 14 year old who likes to "do things"...disgusting. ThomA$$ needs to grow a fucking brain. Or maybe he can see if Atwat will allow him to take a part of it back...of course, that comes with a price... *shudders*I usually don't, but on those rare occassions when the LBD comes out, a thong is sometimes a necessity. LBD?? I'm not "down" with the "slang"...yo.

I never knew it was a common occurrence! I googled this last night before going to bed and saw a bunch of YouTube clips of cats chattering to birds and was quite fascinated to see my cat isn't the only one. I do have another cat but he doesn't chatter at all, and the cat I had about 14 years ago (my first cat, he's no longer around ) never chattered, either. I'd also never come across it in all the personal research I've done about cats over the years. I've read some mixed opinions on why cats chatter, but I don't think mine does it out of frustration or wanting to eat the birds - I think he really wants to talk to them lol. He's never been outdoors, he's a very sweet cat, and he scares REALLY easily. But who knows; I'd like to believe my little baby doesn't want to eat them Ry, Pooki - are your cats outdoor cats, or have they ever gone outside just to sniff around? How do you think they learn how to chatter? It's so odd-sounding lol

In defense of teenage girls wearing thongs: sometimes when I went to parties and wore pantyhose under a tight dress, it was better to a wear a thong so the underwear didn't bunch.
Well if you didn't wear such tight clothing you wouldn't need a thong.

OK, I can't resist showing off my baby. This is Millie when she was only a wee kitten. She still is, and I love seeing that ball of fur sprint around the theatre room when she has no collar on Teh MillieAww! Your cat looks almost like MY cat!! Black & white, with black nose and white paws - my cat has an extra finger on his front paws, so they look like hands/mittens. I must say, though, even the part of your house in that picture looks eerily similar to mine O.O But back to the cats: my kitty is 4 years old now, but when he was a baby he was soooooooo adorable!! He's still adorable now, but you know what I mean - kittens are so new and curious and they don't know what anything is, it's fascinating to watch them. Seeing your kitty's picture just reminds me of all that: I remember when my little baby was too small to climb steps, and he didn't understand how "eyeballs" work (blinking, moving, etc) so he'd poke my eye. I'd be going to sleep, he'd be peeking his head out from one side of the pillow, and I would watch him while he watched me. He would then cautiously reach a paw out and touch my eye quickly before withdrawing it lol Anyhoo, just had to comment since yours looks almost like mine, and has such a cute expression on her face! I like the bell. I once bought mine a very nice red collar with a bell, but he started acting all retarded when we put it on, and tried to bite it by twisting his head in weird ways and turning in circles. Edit: Just wanted to add, because it's both odd and amusing, that my cat tries to talk to birds. He makes this very odd, ..stuttered? meowing that's, I guess, supposed to sound like chirping. They chirp, he chirp-meows at them, and they continue chirping. Maybe he can talk to them?

If you called it SimWay, and as long as you're not using any copyrighted images/trademarks/etc, they won't say anything. Someone who made a Subway did have to take it down, but I think their main problem was that it was being charged for.
Birgit is not only making that stuff look pretty identical to Ikea, but using the exact same name. And if they are are being included in the Ikea Stuff pack, why would I buy it? I'm not saying it's a likely scenario, but if EA were selling their SP for $20+ and you found you could get the same shit from Birgit for $8, and free from the Booty...EA/Ikea would lose out.
Also, it's not just like Ikea is doing this for "free publicity". I'm sure they are, but they will certainly get a cut of the profits from these packs.
Will EA/Ikea do anything, maybe not. And yes, there may be other places which sell Ikea 3D models and whatnot, but that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't a problem. Ikea and EA have an agreement for this Stuff Pack and may not like the fact that their stuff is being sold for the same game, without their knowledge or permission - and they aren't getting a cut of that. Also, Habitat43 is trying to claim a copyright on it - it isn't theirs to copyright on more than one level.
I can only HOPE they will do something, but who knows. If I were a company that had a contract with a game to have my stuff in it, and I had control over what was made, how it was represented, etc, I'd be pretty pissed off if some one else was trying to profit by using my stuff in the same game - especially if they were trying to claim the rights to it.

I wonder how EA/Ikea would take to this, considering they could potentially lose profits on their upcoming stuff pack due to this. It is entirely possible that someone could see paying Birgit for her Ikea stuff as a cheaper alternative to paying $20+ for EA's stuff pack. If that were to happen, EA and Ikea would be losing their profits to a lowly paysite owner who is making stuff without Ikea's permission in the first place, and having the gall to charge for it against EA's EULA. That's two copyrights being broken and some business crap about stealing profits and whatnot. I don't know the name for that, lol

Actually, she supposedly isn't crying in that picture. When I looked through her blog while reading through this thread, I read that the camera flash is what made her eyes like that. Do I buy that explanation? No. It does indeed look as if she is so happy to be with the love of her life; she also looks slightly deranged. Must be the hair. As for ThomA$$: to me, he looks as if a giant, splinter-ridden tree stump was shoved up his rear, and he is trying as hard as he can to look pleasant for the shot. Of course, we all know that this scenario cannot possibly make him feel "pleasant"; rather, it makes him feel quite aroused. How's that for a mental picture?
