I prefer leather over PVC. PVC tends to get a bit sweaty and chafe. Leather is much more comfortable and breathable.

I have no idea how PVC feels, as I've never worn it. I wear dresses and skirts, but they're always cotton, linen, silk, etc. I didn't even know people wore PVC any more except in Halloween costumes.

Leather. I love the smell of leather. I have a leather coat I haven't worn in years (because I want to get it dyed- I hate the color now)- it's hanging in the closet and I've been known to stand there with the door open breathing deeply.

I wasn't aware PVC was even used for clothing until that post. I thought it was just for plumbing.

The last time I wore pvc was the first time I met must future husband. I was wearing skin tight PVC, he was dressed up as wonder woman.

Meh, I would have liked it better, had you asked about it in the Ask A Pirate thread.

Oh, PVC clothing is still very much in in the fetish scene. I've never personally worn it, but a lot of my friends do on their nights out.

These are pointless wastes of time. Why do you read them? And ones that say they are pointless are stupid and mindless. And those who make fun of their making fun of signatures are AHH!

Where I grew up, in the summer it was certainly too hot for anything in PVC or leather, even late at night. During the winter you could get away with it. (The heat can get as hot as 48 degrees celcius during the day in the summer and -4 at night time in the winter) But you'd kinda stand out wearing anything in pvc purely because the folks are all country folks. The dress sense there is pretty conservative and fashionwise a year behind the rest of Australia.
