That doesn't make sense, why would a vegetarian replacement include jello?
Vegetarians use agar agar - a type of seaweed for the gelling properties found in gelatine. I've been a vegetarian for 25 years and I've never heard of that before, thanks Calalily. You're welcome I was once a bored housewife who watched cooking shows to fill my mind numbing days.

I did that too, Cala. Now I have PMBD, so Food Network goes largely unwatched around here now.

I always come to PMBD when I procrastinate. At the moment I'm supposed to be correcting exams, but instead I'm posting here. OT: Tabby, your avie is hypnotic.

Ha! I didn't procrastinate today - I have finished the playlist [ unless I get greedy hands on the missing songs from Rocky Horror before tuesday ], done most of my research for the show, so I'm chock ful of trivia - pertinent and unpertinent, and I just need to put together a playlist for tomorrow night and for next friday night.
Of course, I ought to be packing, but no boxes means its -not my fault-.
And did you know that Adrian Edmondson is married to Jennifer Saunders? I about fell over when I read that. I still see the stars on the forehead and red spiky hair.....

Three kids too. It just boggles my mind to no end, though out of the Vyv makeup, he looks pretty normal and all. But I've watched the Young Ones for so long....*has collectors dvds and everything* that....well, he'll always be Vyv - kind of like Tim Curry will always be Frankie...

Yep. That is almost as strange as finding out that Jamie Lee Curtis is married to Nigel Tufnel.

I thought so too alia. I am a freak for frogs, and of course Kermit, so when I saw it I had to have it.

Adrian Edmonson and Jennifer Saunders have always been a quirky pairing for me - the best was when he did Celebrity Fame Academy a few years back for Comic Relief (he was cheated out of first place damnit!) and Jennifer was up in the balconey watching with the kids - no matter how awesome it would be having him as my dad, it would have been so embarrassing watching him (his best song was 'Turning Japanese' by The Vapors).

I don't know - I think it'd be cool to have a dad willing to embarress himself for a good cause. And isn't comedy all about embarressing yourself [ or someone else?]

I remember that. Who won in the end though? It's escaped me so can't have been that memorable (unlike Strictly finals!). The most cringe moment on Celebrity Fame Academy was Connie Huq's warbling but I don't think that was the same series. Oh dear, can't believe I just admited to watching fame Academy. Oh the shame!

Surely not? I swear he came second to some female I just remember being pissed he didn't win it edit: No surprise, the Wiki was wrong! Edith Bowman wins - Edmundson came third.
