I have so many WTF moments I've almost gotten used to them, in sims and irl. LOL

I think the movie is worth seeing in the theatres, unless you have a large screen TV at home. But, there are a lot of movies I wait for until they come out on DVD. Your bf may think it's a stupid movie, however. It's kind of a teenage chick flick, if that makes any sense.

Now, I've got to get started on Bella and the rest of the characters. Wish me luck in finding some good non-Peggy hair for those sims!

Yeah, the movie's out. I know because my 14 y.o. dragged me out at midnight a couple weeks ago to see it. It's a good thing the movie didn't suck.

You know, I thought I had gotten it from SAU, but I checked with clean pack installer, and it's Peggy hair.  I dunno, it works, and that's what matters to me at the moment. 

Ah, I see. Well, I guess for this pirate it's not so much a nopaycraprule. I am choosy, though. If that peggy hair had the gaps that are frequently seen on peggy hair I'd have used the other one regardless of whether it was the most similar style or not. What I really need to do is learn to mesh. That's next on my things to do list. I started learning it a couple years ago and then took a long break from sims. I'm about ready to jump back in on it. I just want certain things and can't find them...so  I'ma gonna make stuffs and offer those to anyone...to use, copy, mangle, or do better with than I did. LOL

All I need now is more hours in my day. *sigh*

Ha ha, yeah, I got suckered into it, too. I thought I was going to fall asleep before we went, but surprisingly it really kept my attention. I'm reading the books now.

Cala, I have that one, and tried it...doesn't look as comparable to the style in the movie as one might think from the preview shots on MTS2. I thought it was the one as well, but after seeing it in bodyshop...nope. Thank you, though! I am always on the lookout for the non-pay stuff. Frankly, the free stuff has always looked better to me most of the time. But, if deelink wants to try it, nothing saying it can't be switched out after download, huh?

It's not a peggy hair, but I can't remember whose at the moment. It is a pay hair. I'll double check and let you know. I looked high and low to find hair that was similar to Edward Cullen's in the movie. That one was by far the closest.

No gaps. Another clue it's not a peggy hair.

Edit to add I'm wrong. It's a Peggy Hair. But, fortunately it's one of the better ones.

Thanks. Wow, in between dealing with Securom problems and other issues with my game, it was on and off for days. I'd say a two to three hours total, with making the custom wallcoverings, etc.

I'll help you with building if you help me with meshes, deal? I was actually learning to do meshes before I took my extended hiatus. I will have to learn everything from the ground up again. Time for me to hit some tutorials. Heh.

I felt like I was transported back to age 14 when I saw the movie. I liked it. I can't help it.


It's really funny, my daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan, but she seems to be able to ignore the fact that Robert Pattinson was also Cedric Diggory. I think picturing him as Cedric Doggory is common for most people. He made a good vampire in the movie, though, IMO.
