Hi there across the water  Cheesy I'm in Australia *waves*

Hello there. Smiley

It's nice to know our efforts are being appreciated. I'd also like to state for the record that I greatly admire the way you argue your point, in this forum and also in S2C.

And seriously, what the fuck does terrorism have got ANYTHING to do with the Sims?

My guess is he/she was going for the whole emotional appeal and guilty by association method of argument.

Terrorism is bad, and all who support terrorism are bad. Malaysia supports terrorism, and Pescado chose, of all places, to host the booty in Malaysia OMG that must mean Pescado and his merry band of pirates are evil!

This would've worked better if he/she actually removed his/her head from his/her sphincter before opening his/her mouth.

For the record we DO have a horrendous record of copyright infringement. The government's not really thumbing their asses, but it's hard to root out something that's a way of life here.

Not only that, you published them on a server located in Malaysia, a country which not only does not recognize copyright laws but is a safe haven for terrorists.  Rather ironic given your methods.

Emphasis is my own.

SRSLY? Safe haven? Are you saying my government is implicitly supporting terrorism and isn't doing anything to stop it from gaining a foothold in South East Asia?

I guess I must've been sleeping through the rights violation protests that took place when our government arrested people suspected of terrorist activities under the Internal Security Act, which is something like the American Patriot Act, just an FYI.

I'm not going into the legality of this, but we started arresting people in August of 2001, way before September 11.

I'll admit we don't give a flying rat's ass about copyright laws, but please, the next time you wanna appear to be using rational arguments to back up your ridiculous paysites-rock claims, check your facts. Google is very easy to use.
