Ok, made on request (aka it's not my fault, blame Doursims :P - joking).

Proofs of concept: badge and banner, in amazing standard 100x35 and 468x60 sizes, with gif animations, bells&whistles and all that jazz.

LOL They're really good, but I wonder if they shouldn't be a more piratey color, like black or red maybe?  I have no skills as an artist, I think you should do it.  I love the kitten though!

On a side note: the php script I use on my site to automatically index files, may be useful for booty also; it's called snif (= simple and nice index file).

I vote for less flashing, maybe a white on black/red on black color scheme. No words overlapping the skull and bones. And less flashing.

I like them all but I am not to keen on ones that flash words or what not but I have to say I like liegens black ones! I might have to try my hand at a few sometime now just cause you all put it in my head!

Disallowing [img] tags in sigs is just an option on VB forums, I do believe :)  We have them turned off at my forum too. (We have VB)

I love liegenschonheit's banners! There's a reason why she's an artist and I'm not ;).

BlueSoup, I've applied this phpbb mod (http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=168891) in my forum and works like a charm; it allows admins to disable imgs in sigs, and many other settings.
It's really simple to apply.

LoL...yeah, I had those banners there before I knew about PMBD to point people toward the stuff I had in my screenies. Eh, I'm really too lazy to remove the darn things...go into the code...blah, blah, blah...too much work! Nobody pushes any button besides PMBD and 4ESF (<--- and I think I push this more than anyone just for the link)...go figure.
