Well my little girl is in with a c-section today as her puppies she could not pass them on her own. So being all nervous I made some more walls. Here ya go:
These are interior and they have matching floors. You can find the set under wallpaper and wood floor icons in the game.

Enjoy! More walls I am sure are soon to come.

The Barn Set has two doors and a wall in each color set. I was just lazy and decided to take a picture of only one of each color. Smiley

^each barnset looks like this in all the different colors (I forgot to photograph the pink one)  Shocked Oh well. It is included too.

Each set is labeled and you can keep or delete any color you do not want to add to your game. Enjoy!

Download them on link below:

Some walls I am working on. I want some nice country walls for my game with matching floors. I think when I get a set together I will release the set of country walls and floors to match. I really like the washed out blue birdhouse set. I think they are turning out rather pretty. I made some barn walls in pink, fushia, white, brown and all sorts of colors so I may release them too if I find some that are interested in them as well. So what do you think of my walls? I am a newbie at walls. Cheesy

I have placed myself on a strick no downloading policy. The only thing I download is hair and once I color it I get rid of the originals so as not to make my folder any larger. I am like you I prefer maxis furniture.

How do you make those roofs? I've been looking for tutes all over the place
You have to use the cheat... IndividualRoofSlopeAngle 65 for the steep roofline and for the not so steep roofline use.... IndividualRoofSlopeAngle 35 make sure you type it exactly that way and you can play around with the number settings too anything is allowed from 25-75. Those are the two numbers I chose to use to make my roofline.

You want to make your building first so say if it is 12 x 12 on the lower floor then the upper floor should be 10 x 12. one square in for the roofline on the steep edge. First you need to lay down your roof. I started with the steep edge on the lower floor. Afterwards you type in the cheat shown above exactly as shown above and then you have to then press ctrl+alt and this will switch your cursor to a bulldoser looking cursor. Don't worry you are not going to bulldose your lot. Just click on the roof you just made and walla you now have either a steep roofline or shallow one depending on the angle you chose in your numbers. To switch pitches of the roofline just retype the cheat in and press the ctrl+alt and click on it as the undo button does not undo it.

Also if your game is patched the roofline stays this way when entering and leaving your lot. It does not do that if you do not have your game patched.

I am going to write up a tutorial with pictures for this so others can make these roofs too. I will do that in a couple days.

Well I removed almost all custom content from my game other then hair and a few clothes. I did keep some build items like windows and doors. Next time I build one I will turn off all custom content and do it that way. The only thing extra though in the lot I made was the windows and the invisible doors. I did use the seasons counters as I love the country counters with seasons. The lot I made is mostly unfurnished due to the fact like you said most folks want to make their own stuff in game and only download the shell of the home.

Smiley ah nice, that is such a sweet lot Puppygirl..
Thanks and I Love your home too. Did you make the roofline with the editing system or with the new pagoda roofing templates in Bon Voyage?

I got some help by a fellow simmer "Romy" on how to make Barn Rooflines and well this is what the end result is. I enjoyed making it so much that I made a bunch of pink, yellow, green, mint green, Fushia, Blk Red, Lavendar, Redwood and Deep Blue colored barn walls that I will be making into barn conversion homes later. You can find this Barn available to download here http://www.mediafire.com/?xmhgw2nyc3c and view more photos of it on my site. I have all EP's and Teen Pack installed on my game. I think most everything used is from seasons and of course you will need university.

You and me both hun. I cannot stand fugly redhair. That or the orange blondes. I prefer platinum blondes or sandy blondes. No orange or yellow blondes or fugly reds are allowed in my game. I think that is why you will see when I recolor that I tend to make the redheads more aulburns instead.

Dachs, that's beautiful.
I don't download sims stuff anymore, just objects, etc... BUT if I did, that would so be in my folders. It's absolutely gorgeous!
I say wonderful job.
I understand whole heartedly. I just had to get rid of all objects almost except posing items and the InSim of course. The most items I have are hairs and that is only for my site. I do however when I fix something hair wise I delete the original now. This way no more bulk is added to my folder. I need to go through and get rid of hairs that are impossible to fix and wont be used either. I have my download folder down to a slim 1.75 GB is all. I plan on making it even smaller before I am thru then burning a copy and saving it as my master file so if I ever get in a jam and something is wrong with my game I can revert back to my original master copy.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments on my fix. I think it looks so much better now.
