Nope - creators aren't required to support uploads at all, beyond the point of "ok, this doesn't work for ANYBODY, it's totally borked". And also, yeah, sending request PMs to creators who don't
specifically say that they take requests is against the rules. If it happens once or twice, well, "I don't take requests. Go home" is normally sufficient - but if a particular person constantly sends requests... just PM a staff member and we'll go smack them with a fish
I know CrimsonShadowss' name, too, I used to know how to view people's deleted posts but I've forgotten... so I'm cluless too. And, eh, I'm pretty sure setting up one's own website is more effort than uploading to MTS2 =/
