And does it say somewhere in their TOS that if you file-share (God forbid maybe files NOT from TSR), then they can ban you?

When posting in the forums, be sure to read the forum specific rules first."TSR not only says that you cant file share..but you cant really make recolours either. If you ask me its just a way to keep people there.... there: aka not go to other sites to get a recolour or whatever.
