Wow, thanks for Gardenbreeze's Link kenmtl. Knew this site months ago but it didn't post much updates so I forgot it existed ^^.
Now my downloads folder is gonna explode, those kitchen counters and bath storage are too pretty *squee*

I hope this isn't necromancing this thread, but I've been looking through the list and found a few things:

Saliwas Sims Creations has moved to TSR. They are a Select Artist, so their stuff is still free, but who knows when it will change over to the dark(er) side.   

My anti-virus blocked a threat from this site when I opened it: Simaniac Designs

Mysterious Sims appears to have mysteriously disappeared.

That's all I found, I only browsed through the Sims 3, Sims 1-2-3, and Sims 2-3 sections. Hope this helps keep it updated!

A edited list will be up tomorrow- Saliwa is already removed from the website will remove from the free sites list  and I will put a caution note on the Simaniac link , update Mysterious Sims and Fashion Twist on the list later when I am not on my laptop
