Well, there's a use for invisible items where you are required or otherwise want to have an item, but the item itself is unsightly, like the overly-zealous support demands in TS2, where it simply doesn't look good to have a post every 2 squares.
But it is not as funny as the INVISIBLE BIKE I am making.

WIN. I, myself, find it irritating that there is no hardware.   |

What's the point of the invisible column?  Once you've place floor tiles over a normal column, you can just delete it with no problems, so...is there some benefit to having an invisible column as opposed to no column that I just don't see?     |

But its not all invisible. If you look close enough, you can see she left a small tiny line so you can see where it is. How you're supposed to see that I don't know, but its there. |

I would not trust them with a fox, I would not trust them with a fox, I would not trust them here or there, I would not trust them anywhere. I do not like that mental scar, I would not trust that TSR... | | |

No imagination or foresight. |

Now, if Sims could not see it either and on a regular basis, run into it, then I'd be impressed! |

TSR is now charging the sheep for completely pointless, invisible objects. Only the most pathetic download whore would want this in their game, and only DOT, using her invisible brain, could have thought it was necessary.   |

There is probably some reason somewhere for an invisible column...but not one that is completely intersectable.  In this case, deleting the columns when you are done building would be a much better idea. |

Besides, Inge has a column hider anyway (which I adore. Both that and the ceiling lamp hider) which is better if you want columns (or lamps or trees. did I mention she has one for the dang ol' trees that block my view?) there for pictures but not playing.
