I know about the mascara and eyeliner. I was referring to the bright red lipstick.
Actually, according to my history textbook... *ahem*... "The Egyptians also wore lipstick, made from powdered red ocher (iron oxide) mixed with oil." Though I doubt they could achieve something that red (and TSR makeup always sucks  .) |

It really depends on what kind of oil they were using. I know that when you're using old-fashioned methods to dye leather and make it water-proof, the oil/fat can cause a drastic change. Also, adding tiny amounts of other pigments can change the depth of the colour, as well. My dad taught me some of this stuff... He was a history buff and somewhat of a Luddite.

Nothing says "yummy" quite like iron oxide, "mmm, mmm, mmm, rusty!"  While it's not super frugly, the long sleeves don't appear very summery to me, and I want to know wtf is wrong with the boy's shirt on the far right.  I just love the third boy's reaction. I think he's grimacing because he's wearing his sister clothing (they look like girl's clothes)! |

Rata Chen, it's the way the walking animation warps the top mesh. You can see it in the boy right next to him as well; the blondie in the green and the one on the far left as well, the messy haired brunette mid skin toned boy...it's just the walking animation. I'm actually more wondering what happened with the pink shirt; why are there more decorative designs/stuff on those sleeves, as opposed to the little bit you see on the other ones?
