I think this house would be more "Egyptian" if the background wasn't made of grass, and if those things in the background weren't there. Then again, I doubt this house was even "Egyptian" in the first place. |

The tiny picture makes it look somewhat decent (though its probably crap in-game). I quite like the idea though. (Egyptian history nerd FTW!    ) |

mmm.... plastic stone! I must preface this with a warning - I almost screamed. (Also, am melodramatic occasionally) and one of the comments, which made me nearly as sick. She's beautiful, I love the hair with it's decorative braids & beads. It's also really nice to see that she's a full figured Sim and not the normal Maxis thin. I think women of that period were more buxom with all the fattening fruit & nuts they ate. Thank you for creating a very realistic Cleopatra and sharing her. |

They don't know shit about that time period, do they? Fruits and nuts won't make you fat, it's the fats, sugars, starches and other such unhealthy things that they ate if they could afford them. Also, desert living tends to put some folk rather on the lean side for the most part. What was that idiot smoking, hashish?? |

Fattening fruits and nuts? People just get dumber all the time.
Apparently they had Maybelline in ancient Egypt. Also, I love the palm trees growing in the desert.

They invented mascara during Ancient Egypt times. Cleopatra wore it all the time. |

So did men...manly men in Maybelline.
Generally it's believed that the Egyptians wore mascara as a kind of talisman to ward off spirits, not just to show off or look purdy, although some believe it was a way to minimize glare from the sand. I actually learned something in school!

Both men and women wore ashes grinded and mixed with oil - as well as ground malachite to protect their eyelids and decorate.  Because there was a component of lead and acid in the mixes, they'd get some sores too. Not so glamorous. Also, I love the palm trees growing in the desert.
Plus the pyramids are tiny and near each other.   |

I know about the mascara and eyeliner. I was referring to the bright red lipstick. |
