Well pooh. I've always liked Yakov quite a bit, even when our opinions differed. He's very talented and willing to help and advise others when they need it. I'm not going to lie and say I'm not disappointed that he's going over to TSR, but I'm not going to badmouth people I have respect for either. As far as I'm concerned, I hope he's happy with his choices, but I also hope that he won't get upset when his pay items end up here.

TSR is counting on cashing in on the reputation he garnered while a creator at a free site. But more than likely, this will backfire and HIS reputation will be tarnished by association with them. Whatever, I can't wait to see what his alliance with atwat and co. spawns.

Whatever, I can't wait to see what his alliance with atwat and co. spawns. I think people like Warlokk, Gothplague, BlooM, Marvine have way more talent than anyone at TSR. I agree that this will backfire on him. I only hope that it doesn't cause problems for insim. I've lost a lot of respect for him now, that's for sure. |

Pirate themed week on TSR which makes me laugh only because everything sucks so far. Recolors of the same Maxis mesh. I admit I'm honestly not that picky. If someone would just remove the coat from that mesh, I'd be all over it. I've got a female pirate Sim who just looks dumb with the coat since she's not a captain or anything. And...those textures suck. Yes. ...I don't know why I popped up again just to say that.

But that's what brings the elf out and I'm scared to disturb him once he goes to bed! He can be a mean tempered lil fukker, you know? Not to mention what the cat likes to do to him in her copious spare time... It gets ugly cause then I have to spend hours cleaning up cat fur and elf hide... yecccch!

I do not go to TSR anymore. I never went to their forum. They do continue to spam my email with "newsletters" that I do not read.
I have tagged them as "Spam" but Yahoo insists on delivering them to me.
I hated them from the first for having 99% crap to dig through to find anything worthwhile.
All old news.

All old news. To stop the newsletter, go to the site, login, under the "Account" tab, click preferences, and at the bottom you can turn off newsletter delivery. |
