The idea of those knickers and boots is quite good; I used to have a set like that from InSim a looooong time ago. It's so you can put them under long tops like HP's dress tops, etc. It works when they're not poorly made or particularly slutty (the set I had were wearing tights). Those ones, however, are, as Dusdee says, poorly made.

Can't afford implies that there is an amount of cash that if offered, would be acceptable.   Not for sale says there is no amount of cash.

As for the panties and boots, TSR is not exactly known for its ironic commentary.  If the set was done by a Gosling, it would be well done and clever.  TSR-style, it's merely smutty.

Pescado's philosophy is one that both my husband I agree on. However, for the time being I have no intentions of killing him... or eating him, for that matter, tasty as he may be. Right now he makes a lot more money being alive than he would being dead! Now, if that happens to change...     I think that Pescado as a pre-marriage counselor could very well be a good thing. There would be a lot less divorces, owing to the fact that there would be a lot less marriages. Put a lot of cake-makers out of business, that would. Cemeteries would make a killing, though.
