I have no community, but I have decided I have a huge crush on Draco and as I am reluctantly reading book 6 I get a huge grin on my face every time he is mentioned and, apparently, he's mentioned quite a lot. I especially love chapter 7 so far. Never mind ships, I want him for me  

You have plenty of fellow Draco crushers in fandom.  Though, some are a little... O_o   LOL!   Most are fine!   Just don't ever read Cassie Claire's stuff.  It gets talked up a lot but it's bloody awful.  She basically puts Buffy character dialogue in Harry Potter character's mouths.

There is a difference though between being "H/Hr fan" and "H/Hr shipper".

A fan can dream in an alternate reality that Harry and Hermione will be together.  A shipper is clearly delusional as it has been pretty obvious since book two.

That's not really very fair.  It could have gone either way until book four.  I'm an H/Hr Shipper.  I like shipping them together.  It doesn't make me delusional, it makes me someone that likes a different pairing.

Liking a different pairing makes you a fan.  Finding evidence that there is in fact a relationship in the book makes you a crazy shipper.

I haven't found any Draco fics that pleased me (ok, I didn't look very hard) so I've begun writing my own.  :lol:  Bestest way to get what you want, really.

I like Harry Potter and all that, but I never got into the whole fandom/ship thing or the fanfics. The only ones I've ever read were the worst fanfic ever and Jesus meets HP and Fights Vampires, for laughs of course.

Paden that's seriously crap about the funeral. Can you contact the funeral directors and have a private farewell either with the coffin beforehand or at the graveside after the others have gone? (This falls apart if he's being cremated.)
